.By booking or participating in horse riding or archery at Sahwat Hadb Equestrian Academy, you agree to the following
Assumption of Risk: Horse riding and archery involve risks, including injury or falling. The academy and its staff are not responsible for any harm or damage.
Payment: All payments are made via approved methods and are non-refundable.
Operating Hours: Official hours are daily except Sunday, 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Morning rides are for beach rides only.
Dress Code & Safety: Riders must wear modest clothing; shorts are prohibited. Safety rules and equipment must be followed.
Responsibilities: Riders are responsible for any damage caused to horses, equipment, or facilities and must follow staff instructions.
Horse Handling: No tampering with horses or leaving the paddock without supervision. Galloping is prohibited in the arena or on the beach.
Children: Riders accompanying children assume full responsibility for their safety.
